Blake started go-karting at age five and even at this young age it was clear he could hold his own on the track with adult racers. At age 10, he attended Camp Motorsports in Clover, Virginia for some race-training from veteran kart racers. At Camp Motorsports, Blake learned racing techniques on and off the track. There he spent time behind the wheel and in the classroom focusing on racing strategy and safety.
In 2014, Blake started racing at F1 Boston in Braintree, Massachusetts. There he was a member of their Junior Racing League where he raced regularly on both their indoor and outdoor tracks. Blake won numerous trophies in the F1 Junior League and took the gold for the league championship in April of 2017. Blake still keeps his skills sharp go-karting in the off season. In 2016, Blake decided it was time to take the next step in his racing career. After several years of saving, Blake bought and assembled his own kart with help from the crew at CF Motorsports in the spring of 2016. After weeks of work at the CF shop Blake's #1 Kart was race-ready for his first F1 Club race on June 4th, 2016.

Blake wrapped up a successful rookie season at F1 Outdoors in 2016. Then in 2017, he took his Briggs and Stratton kart to New Hampshire. There he raced under an age waiver against adults in the LO 206 Senior class as part of the NHKA outdoor racing series. With a new number #95 (in honor of his favorite driver, Michael McDowell ) Blake raced to victory with 8 first place finishes and 2 second place finishes to clinch the NHKA 2017 LO 206 Senior Championship. In 2018, Blake moved up to a more powerful World Formula engine. He raced in the World Formula Light class, also named "the Hooligans" by NHKA race director Mike Camarra. On opening day of the season at NHMS Blake podiumed with a third place finish. Despite major kart trouble throughout the season and a concussion that took him out of race 10 Blake persevered and wrapped up the season finishing in the top ten out of a 20 plus field.
In 2019 Blake joined the NASCAR Rev Racing Drive for Diversity Driver Development program and moved one step closer to his goal of being a NASCAR cup driver. He drove his #59 car in the INEX Legends 2019 Bojangles Summer Shootout Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway as part of the NASCAR Rev Racing D4D program. He wrapped up his rookie season in the top 15 drivers out of a field of 40+ drivers.
In 2020 (his second year with the D4D team), he wrapped up the season at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Summer Shootout as a Top 5 Points Champion!!! His season stats included five top 5 finishes (the most top five finishes of any driver on the NASCAR/Rev team) that season in the Summer Shootout including a 3rd place podium finish. He also grabbed 2 top ten finishes, won 3 heat races, and qualified on pole for the last feature race of the series, all in his #16 Legends car powered by AK Performance. He was the only driver to bring home two trophies in the 2020 season to the Rev/NASCAR D4D team including a championship trophy. In the spring of 2021 Blake took the next step in his racing journey joining MIKE DARNE RACING of Mooresville N.C. Blake completed a phenomenal rookie late model season, winning 1st place and a pole at Hickory Motor Speedway in September, as well debuting in June at Southern National in the top 5 (P4). Blake remained within the top 10 in finishes for his entire 2021 rookie season.
2022 Late Model Season
Blake’s successes continued into his 2022 late model season, with another podium (P3) at Hickory in June. Not to mention, he also broke a Hickory track qualifying record set in 2019. That same week he recorded two top tens at Caraway Raceway. In September, Blake scored a Top 5 (P5) at Dominion Raceway during the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Championship and in October he grabbed a P2 podium at Southern Nationals’ Halloween Spooktacular.
2022 ARCA AND TRUCK SERIES
After a successful two days of ARCA testing at Daytona International Speedway in January of 2022, Blake was cleared to race all NASCAR speedways by ARCA. He decided it was time to take the next step in his racing career. In April of last year, he announced he would be joining Reaume Bros. Racing for his debut race in the NASCAR Camping World Truck series at Martinsville, VA. Blake started 30th and finished P28 in a field of 40 trucks. He completed all laps and brought the truck back intact. Blake made a second truck start with RBR at Indianapolis Raceway. A snapped driveshaft took him out of the race at lap 75.
